**Night Manager - 24/7 Convenience Stores**:
Are you a responsible and customer-focused leader looking for a night shift role? We are seeking a **Night Manager** to oversee our 24/7 stores in Auckland.

This is a full time role with 30 hours guaranteed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Drive sales and upsell products to maximize store profitability.
- Maintain a welcoming, safe, and secure environment for customers and staff at night.
- Supervise, motivate, and guide the night shift team.
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
- Train and support new staff to follow store policies and procedures.
- Verify customer age identification and enforce responsible service policies.
- Respond to and report incidents or safety concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and store regulations.
- Ensure proper handling/securing of cash especially with the recent break ins reported in Auckland, including register balancing and cash deposits.
- Handle any safety concerns, including shoplifting or suspicious activity, and report incidents as required.
- Ensure all security measures, such as CCTV monitoring and alarm systems, are functioning properly.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, including power outages, equipment failures, or accidents.
- Contact relevant authorities or management in case of serious incidents.

**Requirements**:
1. Level 5 Diploma or Higher in Business/Management/Operations or a similar discipline is required. A Bachelor’s qualification in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.

2. 1 year Retail experience in New Zealand is advantageous but not mandatory.

3. Basic understanding of inventory and cash handling. Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Additional Requirements:
Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
