- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

**About the Role**

Based on our client’s amazing corporate premises in central Auckland, we are seeking a Customer Service and Hospitality champion for our Service Delivery Representative role. This is a key role in our team, supporting the functions of our Hospitality service across Front and Back of House. The role is a flexible role that will assist as required across the workplace and client services spaces.

The role is part of our workplace and client services team and comes with fantastic flexible rostered hours so you can balance your work-life schedule.

**Main Duties**:

- Meet and greet guests, external visitors, contractors and clients in a professional manner.
- Assist with catering deliveries and liaise with the kitchen team as required.
- Assist with arrivals & process of couriers & mail.
- Food and beverage service, such as barista services, catering set up, clearing, sit-down dining service, bar service and refreshment offerings.
- Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and our Clients’ Health & Safety Standards
