Executive Assistant

- Based at our Ellerslie, Auckland office OR our Wellington CBD office
We're looking for a professional and confident Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Senior Leadership Team (LT). Ideally you will have experience working in an Information Technology environment and/or you will have previously supported senior leaders e.g. General Managers.
**As an Executive Assistant you will**:
- Provide high level administrative support services to the IST Leadership Team, proactively managing their calendars and correspondence
- Provide secretariat support including co-ordination of meetings, production of agendas, collation of papers and recording accurate and succinct meeting minutes
- Establish, build and maintain excellent networks, internally and externally
- Work with other EAs to provide a highly effective cohesive service
- Collate documents for the IST leadership team and develop presentation material using appropriate design packages
- Lead and/or participate in key projects or initiatives within the team
- Support financial, procurement and people-related processes as required
**Ideally you will bring**:
- Extensive experience in providing executive administrative and secretariat support to senior leaders
- A high level of discretion and experience handling sensitive material, people and financial matters
- The ability to build effective working relationships at all levels, both within and outside the Ministry
- A sound technical understanding of IT processes and systems (desirable but not essential)

Position Description
**Salary range**: $78,222.00 - $94,689.00
