We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to join us in the Office of the Co-Leaders to provide executive-level support to the Co-Leaders, manage schedules, and coordinate key engagements. You'll play a vital role in aligning leadership priorities with Te Papa's strategic goals and vision to be a Tiriti based museum.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in executive support, ideally in a bicultural or public sector environment
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong judgement, discretion, and cultural competence
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Office suite and any other software
- Confidence with diary management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
- A foundational understanding of te reo Māori and tikanga Māori, or an active willingness to learn.
