The first 3- 6 months of your career with us be based in our Auckland office during your training period, when you are ready, you will transition to flexible working which includes working from home up to 50% of the time.

**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Update and process policy and customer details, mainly for Personal Insurance
- Supporting our partnering team by providing guidance and dealing with complex referrals from the team
- Record and process customer requests accurately, resolving escalated queries from brokers or customers.
- Review and follow up on policy renewals, meeting or exceeding efficiency and productivity targets.
- Assist with team tasks, provide excellent customer service, and suggest improvements for systems or processes.
- Stay informed about risk and compliance guidelines and company policies, performing other tasks as directed by the Team Manager.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Relationship management skills.
- Flexibility & desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy.
- Knowledge of Personal Insurance is an advantage but not mandatory.
