HALO Systems are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Representative (CSR) to join our team and help deliver exceptional experiences to our valued customers. As a CSR at HALO Systems, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and maximise the value of our products and services. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on proactive engagement, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration in the technology sector. Key Responsibilities - Ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation of HALO’s solutions. - Respond and address customer inquiries across various channels, striving for one-touch resolution while maintaining clear and effective communication to build strong relationships and enhance satisfaction. - Address customer inquiries promptly and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively. - Promote HALO’s products and services, identify upselling opportunities, and recommend solutions to meet customer needs. - Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver cohesive and coordinated customer support. **Qualifications** We’re looking for a customer-focused professional who is committed to excellence and driven to make a difference. You are self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities and a team player who thrives in cross-departmental collaboration.
