**The Opportunity**

We’re on the hunt for proactive and commercially savvy **Customer Success and Sales Representative** to join our Animal Management division in Hamilton. Be part of the exciting growth journey of **eShepherd**—our award-winning virtual fencing solution transforming livestock farming.

In this role, you won’t just support customers—you’ll actively identify and pursue upselling opportunities, helping farmers unlock even greater value from our technology. You’ll guide new users through a seamless onboarding experience, deliver tailored training, troubleshoot challenges, and foster lasting relationships that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

You’ll work closely with our sales, operations, and technical teams—playing a key role in helping farmers increase productivity, improve animal health, and support sustainable land management using virtual fencing.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a member of the wider customer success team, you’ll take a strategic approach to supporting customers, with a sharp eye for detail and an emphasis on commercial outcomes. Your responsibilities include:

- Leading customer onboarding to ensure confidence and competence with eShepherd
- Delivering product training and ongoing support to build customer trust and independence
- Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and expand customer use of our solutions
- Collaborating with customers to optimize virtual fencing configurations and maximize benefits
- Developing strong, trust-based relationships by anticipating challenges and providing timely solutions
- Partnering cross-functionally with Gallagher’s wider team to ensure customer success at every stage

**The Fit**

To excel in this role, you will combine excellent communication skills with a commercial mindset and a passion for customer success. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment and be comfortable engaging with a diverse network of customers, understanding their unique needs and farming systems.

You’ll also bring:

- A relevant qualification in agriculture, business, project management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of livestock production systems and farming practices
- Experience in customer service, technical support, or sales (start-up or SaaS experience is a bonus)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to work in a fast-evolving industry
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to help farmers succeed
