**The Opportunity**:
Komatsu is expanding, and we are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join the team in Waikato. The purpose of this role is to interpret, process and expedite customer parts requirements placed by telephone, mail, facsimile, counter enquires or other electronic mediums for all product lines marketed by Komatsu. In this role, you will facilitate incoming/outgoing stock requirements placed via Stock orders, Branch Transfers, customer orders, etc. To interpret, process and expedite parts as required by service workshops undertaking WIP jobs.

The hours will be 40 hours per week. Your salary package will include a competitive salary plus Kiwisaver. Komatsu provides you with extensive training to develop your understanding of Komatsu’s equipment.

**The knowledge, skills, and abilities we’re looking for**:

- Experience in Parts interpretation for Mining/Earthmoving Equipment.
- Experience with computerised Inventory Control Systems.
- Car Licence/High-Risk Forklift Licence (Desirable)
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Pleasant and efficient personal and telephone manner
- High standard of product knowledge
- Computer Literate including Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent time management skills
