We are looking for someone with broad experience in an advisory role to provide functional leadership, and deliver seamless business partner support to an assigned portfolio and the wider organisation. Confidence when working in Maori environments is considered desirable.

We are committed to working in partnership with Te Arawa, our local iwi. We aspire to being a bicultural organisation and we value staff who speak te reo Maori, have an appreciation of Maori values, and a working knowledge of tikanga Maori.

With a demonstrated HR background you'll thrive in the diversity these roles will deliver - everything from investigating, analysing and recommending on the broad range of HR matters, and the ability to advise and coach managers and business partners in people processes and practices, down to how to respond in culturally appropriate ways when working with mana whenua and Maori in general.
