As we continue to grow, we are looking for a self-motivated and positive team player to join our purpose-driven team and take our data capability to the next level. **The role** Based in our Auckland office, this role will suit someone who enjoys being an active and integral part of a team, and who is prepared to go the extra mile to help solve problems and deliver insights. This role will be tasked with building dashboards and analytics to generate insights and support the growth of the business, with a key focus on e-commerce channels. There is scope for this role to grow with the business, including the potential to build further data and analytical capability as the business scales. The Senior Data Analyst will also play a key part supporting an external data engineer with the design and build of a data platform for Manukora. **Key Responsibilities** - Data visualization and analytics_ - Building, maintaining and providing self-serve data, dashboarding and reporting - Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to leverage data to deliver insights - Prepare data for ad hoc analysis and insight creation - Data platforms_ - Evaluate and integrate new data sets to enable effective information and insights management - Maintain the operational efficiency of all input data and ensure data integrity across all data **Experience Required** - Passion for data analytics and extracting insight from information - E-commerce / SAAS experience essential - Advanced SQL/Excel/PowerQuery skills is essential - Experience with visualization tools is essential - designing and building dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau - Background in statistics, computer science, informations systems, mathematics or similar - Experience in working with large data sets - Sound knowledge of data engineering principles preferred, or a willingness to self-learn in this space - Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to communicate your solutions both written and verbally **Benefits of working at Manukora** - Fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-growing environment. - Vibrant team with strong values and a great culture. - Fast paced CPG business with both head office and manufacturing environments to be immersed in. - Dive into an organization dealing in multiple, growing and exciting markets across the globe. - Work for an exceptional, NZ owned company with a vision to play a lead role in the development of NZ into a world leading regenerative valley Schedule: - 8 hour shift **Education**: - Bachelor Degree (required) **Experience**: - e-commerce: 4 years (preferred) - Data Analyst: 4 years (preferred)
