You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance metrics
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business operations, including but not limited to market research, competitor analysis, and client segmentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization techniques

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the professional services industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights effectively
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in healthcare or recruitment industry is a plus

**Knowledge / Experience**:

- Proven experience with CRM/Sales/Recruitment data in particular Salesforce.
- Worked in an analytical capacity to support a high performing sales or recruitment team. In particular to provide insight and analytics around performance improvement both at team and individual level
- Experience dealing with Senior and Executive Leadership Team members to support them with dashboards and ad hoc queries
- SSAS/PowerBI/Microsoft Stack
