**About the role**:
Heart of the City is looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager who loves providing great support to a Chief Executive and managing administration and supplier relationships to ensure the office functions smoothly. This is a varied role and a chance to be part of a fantastic team with a great culture You will be responsible for a range of Executive Assistant tasks as well as financial, administration and office management duties. In this role you will be the first point of contact for people contacting Heart of the City so you will need to be strong at building and maintaining relationships, articulate and professional, organised and able to think one step ahead.

Due to the varied nature of this role, you will not only be a people person and keep core relationships front of mind you will also have an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Diary and inbox management
- Board preparation and minute taking
- Office management
- Financial administration including invoice management
- Organising meetings, events and functions
- General administration for office operations
- Supporting ad hoc projects

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant/Office Management role
- An ability to prioritise and juggle competing demands
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
