We have an exciting and rare opportunity to work for a household name and a leading New Zealand brand. Our client is needing an experienced, passionate Executive Assistant to join their dynamic, collaborative team in the CBD.

This is a pivotal role supporting members of the Executive Leadership team. You will be working closely with the Chief Operating Officer to support their daily movements and offering the best executive support. You will be supporting with diary management, travel arrangements, managing inboxes and occasional formatting of presentations. There will also be some light support for one other Executive. Both Execs are delightful, down to earth and keen to partner with an Executive Assistant to together create a strong team.

Your duties will include:

- Inbox and Diary management
- Travel management
- Preparing board reports
- Presentation and Document Preparation
