As a Principal Advisor, you will be able to hold trusting relationships with Māori, senior sector leaders and health PSC&HTM staff, clinicians and the wider community to address key strategic and operational issues, and stewarding change including driving service improvements.

**Mōu | About you**

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- A relevant tertiary qualification, or extensive equivalent experience of more than seven years.
- Preferably you have worked in a previous principal adviser role for two or more years, with recent experience of developing and delivering significant policy work.
- More general relevant longer-term experience specific to a related job of more than nine years is required.
