We have an opportunity to join the Analytics & Reporting Leadership Team as a Principal Advisor. This role is critical to building our capability to deliver substantial programmes of work that draw on a range of leadership, technical and stakeholder engagement skills.
This role is key in maximising the contribution of the Analytics & Reporting team to the development of new reporting and analytical approaches, front line support tools, and predictive modelling. Driving the development of the analytical requirements across the end-to-end client system at ACC will be a key focus area for the role, so a deep understanding of this system is required.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Leading delivery of technical solutions to complex business problems that benefit from a blend of technical expertise and innovation.
- Working with stakeholders to help define business needs and lead the delivery of analytical solutions to support decision making using best practice thinking, methodologies and tools.
- Delivering innovative solutions through use of prototypes and proof of concepts to test and refine products to best meet customer needs.
- Supporting the governance of analytical models from a technical lens ensuring risks are managed.
- Act as the Analytics & Reporting lead for new strategic initiatives or programmes of work to deliver to scope and on time.
- Supporting the A&R LT to build capability across the wider team, from both a technical and engagement perspective.
**What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in leading large programmes of work that involve data and modelling / analytical expertise.
- An ability to engage constructively with senior leaders to understand requirements and translate these into practical solutions that meet business needs, is critical.
- You will have high level relationship management and influencing skills allowing you to engage cross-functionally at strategic levels and drive pragmatic solutions.
- An ability to think creatively to provide innovative and insightful analytics solutions.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying operational models and/or business intelligence products.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate and work through others to achieve outcomes.
