A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Manager to manage a Galaxy Studio team in Sylvia Park. Work with the Millennium Retail team to represent the Samsung brand. Our people are our business, so ability to relate to diverse people at a variety of levels is important.

As the most senior member of the team, your role is to partner closely with the Assistant Manager to lead by example. Your responsibility will be to develop and coach the team to deliver expert tech advice and drive outstanding store sales.

- Working closely with all the departments heads and staff making sure the store is getting the best productivity on a daily basis

- Strong product knowledge and technical ability with all technology
- An eye for detail and being diligent in meeting commitments by delivering all key requirements
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- You will be able to build positive relationships and team culture
- Ability to be flexible to work extended hours at other Auckland locations if required
