**Why you're here**:
By joining our team you will provide commercial interior design workplace solutions for our clients, supporting our Design team. You will develop and effectively communicate high quality concept designs for pitches for projects, tenders and potential clients and then lead the projects by coordinating project consultants on the design outputs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participating in design bids for our Christchurch studio
- Supporting the design team in the Christchurch studio including pre-project brief sessions, whilst operating across multiple projects
- Developing and managing key studio client relationships
- Effectively communicating with clients throughout the design phase
- Managing self to meet profitability targets
- Collaborating with Directors and Principals to develop operational improvements
- Collaborating with Delivery teams to deliver an agreed financial outcome
- Ensuring alignment to culture, values and behaviours of Unispace
- Collaborating across disciplines, regions, studios
- Helping drive studio initiatives to improve design and business operations
- Continually enhancing depth and breadth of design skills, staying current with external market

**Your experience**:

- Tertiary qualification or equivalent in design-related discipline
- Commercial/ workplace design experience backed with an impressive portfolio of projects
- Knowledge of local codes
- High proficiency in Revit
- Proficient in using design tools (Indesign & photoshop preferred)
- You are comfortable with change and ambiguity - seeing them as opportunities to innovate rather than barriers to achievement
