**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate and execute, the delivery of the Health Workforce Plan in all locations across Aotearoa. This role supports the “locality” aspect of the health reforms and their team, will work closely with the team of the GM - Partnership and Strategy Development.

- An appropriate tertiary level professional qualification and/or significant relevant work experience.
- Project and programme management and delivery expertise is essential.
- Proven creation of high performance, interprofessional and matrix teams
- Can demonstrate they have given meaningful effect to the expectations outlined in Te Tiriti o Waitangi in their position(s)/at a leadership level.
- Strong experience engaging with Aotearoa Education system and organisations.
- Experience of the New Zealand health and disability sector is desirable.
