The role of Senior Remuneration Partner will offer you significant variety in the course of your job.

Whether you’re
- Partnering with our People Team and people leaders to advise on job sizing and appropriate remuneration; or
- Conducting market research to inform remuneration recommendations for our annual performance and remuneration review; or
- Leading the review of our employee benefits to develop an New Zealand-leading benefits and reward package

this role presents the opportunity to bring your innovative and creative best and play a fundamental role in Vector’s ability to attract and retain talent.

**Te hunga e kimihia ana e mātau | Who we are looking for**
- Your key strength will be your outstanding analytical and numeracy skills, coupled with very strong Excel skills
- You’ll be adept at collating and analysing data to come up with recommendations that solve real challenges
- You’ll have existing human resources experience, with a solid understanding of remuneration and benefits best practice
- Job evaluation experience is essential; familiarity with EY CareerMap is advantageous
- You’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills - experience with board paper preparation is advantageous.
