**What you'll need**

The P&C Remuneration & Insights Analyst will work across the Remuneration & Performance and Learning & Development functions, as well as owning the development and delivery of data-based insights across People & Culture.

The role will act in a support capacity on larger initiatives and will manage smaller projects and lead existing people processes. The Analyst will have accountability for regular reporting and dashboards across P&C used for P&C, Risk, Senior Management, and Board reporting.

**What you'll need**

You'll enjoy working with data to paint a picture and have experience in providing analysis and advice from the data. You will bring your ability to identify system and operational gaps and issues and be able to develop solutions. Working in a collaborative and high-performing team you'll also be a great team player.

**To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Experience using system reporting tools to extract data from P&C systems like Oracle, Snaphire, Docebo, Chris21
- Demonstrated experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing projects to the desired outcomes / benefits
