Our client has an exciting opportunity within their team and are looking to bring on a Senior Remuneration Advisor for 6 months on either a fixed term or contract engagement.

This will be a varied role where you’ll be responsibe for all things rem This includes having accountability for the job evaluation and remuneration systems and processes across the organisation and providing specialist advice on all remuneration related matters. You’ll also be responsible for leading the annual remuneration review as well as leading and/or contributing on project related initiatives.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with a highly engaging and capable team where internal development is whole heartedly supported with this role being created due to an internal secondment.
