Auckland City, New Zealand Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Full time

**Engineering Inventory Administrator**
**Permanent, Full-Time**

At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), we’re more than just a beverage company—we’re a team that brings moments of magic to life. Our Supply Chain team is the engine that keeps CCEP running, and we need an organised, detail focused administrator to manage our engineering inventory and storerooms.

If you’re all about problem solving, process improvements, and keeping things running smoothly, this is your chance to make an impact in a fast-paced, hands-on role.

**Your Impact**

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting inventory management and ensuring everything runs efficiently. In this role, you’ll:

- Manage incoming materials and orders, ensuring parts are accurately received and stored.
- Maintain stock levels and track inventory, including routine cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Process purchase orders, working with suppliers to source parts and ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups, occasionally visiting other CCEP manufacturing facilities and suppliers.
- Improve processes and create efficiencies, ensuring a well-organised and well-documented storeroom.
- Collaborate with teams across the business, gaining exposure to engineering, supply chain, and operations.

**What You’ll Bring**

You don’t need an engineering background to succeed in this role If you’re a strong administrator or coordinator with an eye for detail and a passion for making things run smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
- Experience in inventory, logistics, or administrative coordination.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using SAP, Maximo, and Microsoft Office (or the ability to learn quickly).
- A proactive approach with a knack for improving processes and problem-solving.
- A valid forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one).

**Why Join CCEP?**

You'll get a fantastic package that includes:

- Free monthly product allowances to share with family and friends.
- Kiwisaver options for all employees
- Employee Share Program - purchase a part of the business and get your shares matched up to $3000 per year.
- Access to our wellbeing program, that includes a gym subsidy, proactive healthcare, medical insurance, and EAP helpline.
- Great employee experiences including Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park, competitions, recognition programs, giveaways, and product launches.
- Free carparking at all CCEP locations
- Our world-famous learning and development program will set you up for future success - who knows where your CCEP career path will take you

**Working at CCEP**

CCEP is committed to the health and safety of all employees. This role includes a pre-employment health evaluation process and drug test.

**What's Next?**

If you’re organised, proactive, and enjoy making a difference, we’d love to hear from you

**Applications close on 17 March 2025.
