We are searching for a Spare Parts Administrator to work with a globally recognised company in East Tamaki

As one of the best in design, manufacture and installation of Packaging Machinery, we require an experienced mechanical minded administrator for the service team.

To join their team you'll need:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- An ability to work collaboratively within a team or individually
- Have the ability to multi-task
- Experience using excel, MRP/ERP systems
- Technical/engineering or mechanical industry knowledge
- Effective communication - in both written and spoken English

You will be actively involved in a process of continuous improvement of the department and be the client Liaison/Interface for Spare Parts Sales.

Other Duties for the role:

- National and International Parts Sales and Service Liaison
- Spare Parts Quoting and Logistics
- Stock maintenance and inventory management
- Servicing assistance
- Liaising with suppliers when required to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Excellent customer service focus
