We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities including inbound, internal, and outbound warehouse processes. The warehouse coordinator will complete, lead and monitor the completion of all warehouse tasks under the direction of the Manager and in conjunction with the warehouse and inventory teams.

**Te tnga | The role**

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities including inbound, internal, and outbound warehouse processes. The warehouse coordinator will complete, lead and monitor the completion of all warehouse tasks under the direction of the Manager and in conjunction with the warehouse and inventory teams.
- Perform warehouse team lead responsibilities, including coordinating, and assigning work activities
- Support inventory control activities to include investigating, and resolving inventory discrepancies
- Review/process all orders along with labelling requirement orders.
- Assess, notify, and complete receipt of goods that are in deficit
- Manage transactions processed in SAP
- Create and coordinate replenishment tasks.
- Update load plan and provide information to shift supervisor.
- Set up new products.
- Miscellaneous duties/responsibilities (assist with inventory stock take, clerical duties, etc.)

**Nu te rourou | What you bring**
- Demonstrated administrative experience in a similar role with experience in a technical service environment preferred
- Knowledge of SAP and Computer literate Microsoft Word & Excel
- Able to prioritise workload to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Flexible and resilient towards changes in deliveries and timeframes from both customers and suppliers.
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
