6 month contract role for an experienced Change Manager in Christchurch. Ideally 30 hours / 4 days a week, bringing strong knowledge across enterprise wide digital business change.

The contact role will be focussing on a Digital Information Programme, including projects to upgrade SharePoint, roll out MS365 and move to SharePoint online.

**What you will do**:
Working across a range of teams and on a project that touches a variety of users, you will be supporting programme delivery, working with teams to help them through the change, and setting up training. You will be supporting a number of design and implementation activities, including the full rollout of change activities.

Some responsibilities include;
- Understand the change, how it will impact and suggest appropriate change approaches and initiatives that will support the transition to the new way of working
- Support all types of change - be that project or business initiatives, system/technical or cultural change and training
- Be responsible for the development and execution of the change management processes and initiatives across the various design activities, some focussed on managing the current change, and others designing for involvement in a ‘yet to be confirmed’ future state
- Work with the programme/project teams to understand the impacts of change, so that connections and dependencies between the projects are integrated and communicated wider
- Adapt stakeholder strategies to support effective delivery of change
- Engage with our key change enabling partners to help deliver successful change across the programme
- Support the delivery of appropriate and effective communications

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:
We are seeking a proactive self-starter that has strong experience implementing change strategies successfully. You will bring;
- 4+ years in a Change Manager role across a wide range of projects and delivery mechanisms
- Experience utilising a variety of change methods, processes and tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts
- Strong understanding of the project and programme discipline and integration with the practice of change
- A relevant certification in change management (e.g. Prosci, CMI accreditation, APMG)
- Previous experience with M365, SharePoint and/or Information Management preferred
