This is a rare opportunity for a permanent Change & Release Manager role, working within a large and complex New Zealand enterprise.

**What you will do**:
With a significant portfolio of work ahead, our client is seeking an experienced Change & Release Manager to join their enterprise Infrastructure team. This is a newly created position, overseeing all Change and Release Management activities, from initial risk assessment, through management and triage of change and release activities, and retrospective review and improvement initiatives. A mix of strategic and operational, this is an excellent opportunity for a mid-senior level career professional looking to make their mark.

Day to day you can expect to be involved with:

- Advancing the design and implementation of ‘what good looks like’ from a Change & Release perspective
- Running of regular CAB meetings
- Risk identification and planning for future change activities
- Packaging of change activities into comprehensive release management plans
- Restrospective reviews of change and release management activities, identifying improvement opportunities
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Change & Release Management is well understood and implemented into all project activities

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated experience in Change & Release to a Lead/Manager level
- Experience running and managing CAB activities
- Experience across both Cloud and On-Prem infrastructure environments would be a distinct advantage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
