Our client is a well respected and well-known organisation based in the centre of Christchurch. **The Roles**

With multiple opportunities in the pipeline, our client has various major business transformation projects working across various departments and systems.

These are **Christchurch based** roles with flexible working conditions. We have multiple opportunities available which range from contract, fixed term to permanent.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Activating the change strategy, developing and delivering end to end plans for staged rollout of the designated programme
- Working with key stakeholder groups to deeply understand the solution, undertake change impact assessments, and map journeys to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Understanding individual business needs in relation to the programme/projects, and aligning change solutions to fit
- Managing the change process using effective change management methodologies and tools and recommending new ones where appropriate

**The perfect person will be'¦**

A change management professional with relevant experience working on business transformation programmes and an understanding of various project management methodologies. Of equal importance is the ability to lead change across all phases of a programme, from planning through to delivery - as well as the ability to track and report on progress.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can be a guardian of programme standards, guides principles and values to drive excellent outcomes with a broad group of key stakeholders so your ability to engage groups and build fantastic relationships whilst translating their needs will be pivotal to your success.
