**The opportunity**:
A true end-to-end recruitment role, where you will partner with our business to work on current vacancies whilst looking ahead to consider our future needs and support our employees to build great careers. We are a large diverse organisation so your portfolio will be filled with variety, working with passionate people working across NZ primary industries.
- Source, attract, screen, interview & contract generation
- Create and support new talent initiatives for attraction, employment branding and more
- Opportunities to get involved with projects, run recruitment campaigns and drive process improvement
- Based in Auckland or Christchurch

**About you**:
You're passionate and driven with a proactive approach to your work. You are good at planning ahead, are well-organised and enjoy working as part of a team. You have been involved in some great talent initiatives, know what good looks like and you will bring great ideas to share.
You will also have:

- Proven recruitment experience (internal or external)
- Experience utilising a variety of sourcing channels and tools
- Experience with SnapHire or a similar ATS
- Ability to build great relationships at all levels
- High levels of initiative and energy with a solution driven approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
