We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join the Fletcher Construction Talent Acquisition team, based in either Wellington or Auckland.

You’ll partner with the business to source, pipeline and recruit top talent across a variety of roles. Our environment is fast moving, dynamic and complex - this role will offer you the opportunity to really make your mark.

**About You**
- An experienced recruitment partner
- Solid end to end recruitment experience
- Comfortable recruiting both salaried and waged roles
- Experience running recruitment campaigns and handling volume recruitment
- Direct sourcing experience across a spectrum of avenues
- Ability to partner, coach and influence at all levels
- Pragmatic and motivated with excellent people skills
- Experience in the construction sector is beneficial
