**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Partnering with a diverse range of clients across the SME and Enterprise space to understand their talent acquisition requirements.
- Execute sourcing and selection strategies to access the most relevant talent in market (both advertised selection and passive sourcing)
- Executing high quality, end to end recruitment processes across white collar assignments

**Who we are looking for**:

- Exceptional customer service, relationship management and influencing skills will see you succeed in this role
- Previous recruitment experience is essential - we are open to blue collar and white-collar recruitment experience
- You will enjoy working autonomously, be resourceful and have an easy-going personality
