- We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and passionate talent specialist looking for their next challenge Our business has gone through a period of significant transformation and we’re now starting to settle into business as usual as a multi-beverage organization. This role of Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner will see you strategically partner across the business and take responsibility for sourcing and engaging top talent for our current and future needs. You will also work across a range of TA related projects to ensure our continuous improvement as a function.
- This is a 12-month fixed term contract covering parental leave. We would also consider someone seeking part-time hours._

**What’s in your toolkit? | He aha te mea e whiwhi ai koe?**
- Demonstrated experience in a talent acquisition position in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Experience in developing and cultivating talent pipelines and communities for a range of positions at varying levels,
- Exceptional relationship building skills, with the ability to coach and influence at all levels across the organisation)
- Talent Acquisition project experience across areas such as employer branding, reporting and process improvement
- Strong analytical skills, supported by a high level of commercial acumen - we know talent data and insights will be key to our future success
- Intellectual curiosity, complimented with the courage to challenge and question for a better people outcome
