So, what part will you play in this journey?
- Attract amazing talent in the shape of Qualified and Certified ECE Teachers, including at Head Teacher and Centre Manager level
- Work alongside Hiring Managers within our Support Office to bring on fresh new talent to complement our existing teams
- Assist our Centre Managers with their Recruitment process, guiding them in making excellent hiring decisions. This will include supporting them through the whole end to end recruitment process with their Unqualified/Centre Support team members
- Be a part of the growth of our Employer brand - this is a role where you will champion not only Evolve but the ECE industry as a whole
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within the ECE sector and make connections to ensure we have a solid talent pipeline
- There will also be a few projects in the mixso we are looking for someone that has previously been a part of new system implementations.
- Lead the process of hiring qualified teachers in the international talent space - you will preferably have experience working with Immigration NZ and the Accredited Employer Work visa process.

The Early Childhood sector is a heavily regulated environment, full of it’s own quirks and intricacies.. We are looking for someone who has also operated in a sector where compliance is key and education of the ‘why’ is delivered in a professional yet personal manner, to our teams.
