Field Operative

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We currently have a permanent Field Operative position to work across Avondale and surrounding areas.
As a Field Operative, you will be responsible for the maintenance of all bus and train shelters within your designated area. Maintenance is to be carried out in accordance with oOh’s policies and procedures and with a high degree of safety awareness. Posting & Cleaning Operative roles are physically active, and your specific duties and accountabilities will include;
- Pressure cleaning and general cleaning duties of the bus and train shelters
- Fortnightly posting of advertising campaigns as well as mid and special posts throughout the fortnight
- Graffiti removal and minor repairs as required
- Securing potentially hazardous sites
- Monitoring and reporting of damages and faults
- Understanding and following all relevant SWMS and safety procedures
**IN RETURN**
- You’ll be provided use of a company vehicle and all the training required to carry out the works
- You’ll be a part of an experienced close-knit team led by long-tenured Operations heads who are a wealth of knowledge
- You’ll have the opportunity to hone your skills and develop a long career at oOh
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or asset maintenance preferred but not essential
- Pride in your work and a responsible and reliable attitude
- A strong initiative while working with mínimal supervision
- Driver's license (Unrestricted open license for manual vehicles)
- Physically fit and able to perform the duties
- Ability to work independently from multiple locations/ settings
- Strong time management skills
- Have a clean driving record and can supply a current Report on request
