The Manager, Internal Communications position has the scope and variety to really make an impact on our people in a way that is engaging, informative, meaningful and fun
Your knack for storytelling and adopting the mindset of your diverse audience will be well utilised as you deliver communications in our sometimes complex, ambiguous and fast paced environment. With a range of communications tools and channels in your toolkit (including our Intranet) you'll use your creative flair and ability to be 'tech savvy' to deliver to our People and organisational strategy.
We're looking for strong internal communications experience, with an employee engagement focus. Experience working with senior leaders is key; with the ability to adapt your communication to suit their own style. You will have proven leadership capability, having managed people before, and enjoy supporting a range of managers and teams across the organisation to communicate with clarity and impact. You'll be a great match if collaboration and building genuine relationships is just something you do naturally and you're eager to learn and incorporate Te Ao Māori into your world, and ours.
