We are looking for a full-time, permanent Field Manager with a strong technical background to join our team in Warkworth (covering up to the Whangarei region).

**Ko t mahi What you will do**

You will be responsible for daily planning, organising materials, updating records, and carrying out maintenance, jointing and installation of copper cable and / or core fibre work, includingNGA residential fibre tube jointing, blowing and connections.

We are looking for someone who is able to build positive relationships with internal customers and clients, and show commitment to quality work practices and ongoing quality assurance. You will perform field tasks on either Fibre or Copper networks and give advice and direction to technicians and delivery partners.

- Experience primarily in all aspects of working with copper and fibre cable.
- Experience in provisioning, building and fault finding on the Chorus copper Network & have basic NGA knowledge
- Knowledgeable with reading and interpreting plans.
- An energetic personality and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Ability to be on-call and work on a roster
- Sound computer skills for record keeping.
- Must be a self-starter, work autonomously and work well in a team environment.
- A verifiable championing of quality workmanship and a right first-time attitude.
- Strong health and safety focus
