As International Recruitment Manager you will work at a strategic level with senior stakeholders such as Heads of Department, as well as external Associations to ensure a current understanding of staffing challenges can be solutioned for proactive and targeted sourcing by the team. You will support the Group Manager with the on-going development of the national recruitment strategy; support in the continued development of the attraction strategy and work closely with other key business groups to deliver effective recruitment attraction strategies. Your international recruitment experience along with knowledge and experience on how to proactively target international healthcare talent for specialist positions will be key.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Previous leadership experience including experience managing multi-functional and multi-location team(s) within a talent acquisition function.
- Proven experience in international recruitment, including the development and delivery of talent acquisition strategies including direct talent sourcing.
- Knowledge of international markets where talent reach can be obtained successfully when supporting the marketing and campaign team.
- Knowledge of global labour markets, immigration policies, and cultural nuances affecting recruitment.
- Mature communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to write and present in a clear, persuasive, and impactful way.
- Some project management skills to assist with the development of multi-layered talent sourcing plans.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to develop, unify and maintain strong internal and external relationships essential for achieving sustainable outcomes.
