We're looking for multi-talented **Technical Analyst** who can demonstrate sound BA skills and strong technical leadership to help us deliver unbeatable digital experiences that our customers love.

**About the role**:
In this role, you join one of our central platform teams that provide support to the wider Digital Tribe. The platform team is empowered to make decisions on how they build and support our services, ensuring our technology is always on. You'll work with a range of people and teams across the Digital Tribe and Technology as a whole.

**About you**:
You have strong technical analyst experience, ideally in within Banking with experience in Digital Applications Analysis & Design.

You understand complex organisational current state issues for both legacy and new technologies. Documenting and mapping processes, through to documenting technical requirements is second nature to you. A strategic thinker, you think about the bigger picture and produce high quality work.

**You will have a sound understanding and experience in;**
- Legacy & leading software/technology solution designs
- Digital Applications and Architecture and end to end process flows
- Ability to adapt to and learning the how of new and emerging systems and technologies
- Wide Industry knowledge of IT

**To be successful in this role you will have**
- Extensive experience as a Technical Analyst
- Ability to communicate to smaller and wider technology teams
- An analytical eye working with high performing teams
- Able to build strong, meaningful and lasting professional relationships
- Pragmatic approach to defining problems and documenting requirements and desired outcomes effectively.
- Competent to navigate through complex and ambiguous environments and enjoys continuous improvement
- A continuous learning mindset and passion to learn and develop your skills
- Be self-directed, be able to embrace change and have proven ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment
- Be quality driven, flexible and adaptable

**Nice to have**
- Application development/integration experience and some data analysis is advantageous.
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field.
