The Opportunity

As a Technical Trainer for our Testers here at FNZ, you will be an expert Analyst Tester responsible for enhancing the efficiency of Testers at all levels across our business. You will contribute to the design and delivery of an engaging technical learning curriculum, using a blended approach of training sources to ensure an accelerated and proactive route to excellence for our Testers.

This is a rare opportunity to share your Testing know-how and inspire fellow Testers through teaching best-practice and improving the quality assurance capability within FNZ.

Key responsibilities within this role include:
- Developing & owning all technical training activities internally and externally for FNZ Analyst Testers around the globe- Ensuring an A/T Technical Training roadmap from Graduate onboarding (foundation) to Senior Dev (Guru) to allow proactive and accelerated route to competency- Managing the PW Skills & PowerBi Analyst Tester Skills data to identify gaps, opportunities and mitigate key person dependencies- Coordinating Analyst Testers to provide technical training to accelerate the overall delivery of the Analyst Tester Effectiveness technical training programme- Implementing the Competency Skills Management framework, including the identification, assessment, validation, movement between levels and route to competency for all Global A/T’s- Continuously review and update the Analyst Tester technical training framework and strategy to make sure it is efficient and relevant and demonstrating ROI- Providing SLT level dashboard data and MI to evidence impact, progress and plans of the Technical Training programme.

Are you someone who...- Has experience working in a Senior Developer capacity within a high-performance team- Previously worked in the technical training space (commercial or pedagogical experience preferred)- Is passionate about creating innovative solutions- Is results focused striving for excellence personally, but also for the team he manages to mentor and support them to succeed- Is a self-starter, resilient and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment- Has knowledge of PMP, PRINCE 2, Agile, Lean, DevOps and is degree qualified or equivalent experience- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
