**Key Responsibilities**
**Technical Solution Support**
- Assist in the configuration and testing of solutions across Azure and D365 platforms.
- Support integration tasks and contribute to solution documentation.
- Follow established best practices and compliance standards under supervision.
**Implementation Assistance**
- Participate in solution delivery activities including data migration, testing, and deployment.
- Help troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed.
**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Attend customer meetings to capture technical requirements and document outcomes.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and contribute to project updates.
**Collaboration**
- Work closely with developers, testers, and business analysts to ensure smooth delivery.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and internal documentation.
**Learning & Development**
- Stay current with cloud technologies and enterprise platforms through training and mentorship.

**Skills and Experience**
**Technical Skills**
- Experience with Power Platform components such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with integration tools like Azure Logic Apps or APIs is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft.NET Framework, C#, and JavaScript is an advantage
- Experience with data handling, such as ETL processes or migration tools, is beneficial.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
**Communication & Teamwork**
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

**Qualifications (preferred)**
- Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Power Platform Fundamentals).
- Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
