We have an exciting opportunity for a bubbly and organized individual to join our supportive team as an Administrator for one of our Central Auckland facilities. An administrator for Sunrise is a critical role in the smooth running of our care facilities - you are the first point of contact for visitors and residents.
- Greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Maintain vacant rooms to ensure they are presentable.
- Collect and reconcile resident comfort fund.
- Petty Cash management.
- Post Supplier invoices using Xero
- Answer Accounts payable enquiries.
- Debt collection.
- HR documentation filing.
This can be a full time **or** part time role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week
**Salary**: $21.20 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
