What You'll Be Doing

As the first point of contact, you'll set the tone for a calm, welcoming, and premium patient experience. Your day will include:

  • Coordinating schedules and supporting the clinical team to ensure the day runs seamlessly
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
