The close-knit team at Hyster Mt Maunganui are looking for an experienced service administrator to join their team.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this is an essential role which will see you providing support to key people in the business including the service team, managers and our all-important customers.
You will manage the administration function of the service department, along with building and maintaining positive customer relationships. Key duties include processing job sheets and work orders, invoice reconciliation, branch and wage reporting (don't worry you won't be required to run pay roll), control the issuing of Purchase Order numbers, obtaining invoice pricing and other tasks as required by the Service Manager.
**What you'll need to be successful**
Ideally, you'll come from a trade background with relevant experience running the service or reception desk. You'll have excellent customer service skills, and are a people orientated person that focuses on delivering exceptional service every day. You're self-motivated with an eye for the details (you can spot an error and aren't afraid to ask questions to rectify) and are results oriented. You have intermediate to advanced computer skills (think Microsoft Word, Outlook Excel) and have the ability to learn complex databases).
