- As a Claims Payment Administrator you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate preparation and payment of client claims.
- Review, assess and make payments
- Verify critical information and match against their policy to ensure validity
- Communicate with customers over the phone to seek clarity and / or additional information
- Provide administration support

- Willing to embrace learning - insurance experience is not essential as there will be plenty of on the job training to ensure you are well supported in your onboarding journey
