The Tertiary Education Union is an organisation that is committed to employment equity within the New Zealand Tertiary Education sector, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi. The position is based out of the regional office in Riccarton. However, there will be the odd day you will need to be based at the Lincoln office. You will be working within a small, close-knit team of 3.

You will ideally possess excellent people skills and be able to show initiative and motivation to produce quality work within a busy and demanding environment. You will need experience with the following to succeed in this role.
- Computer literacy.
- General office duties.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi is strongly desirable.
