**Āu Mahi | What You Will Do**

Utilising your strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure you will be responsible for providing advice and administrative support to Doctoral students, whilst supporting the master's thesis examination process.

**Mōu | Who You Are**

You will be an experienced Administrator with at least 3-5 years' experience working in tertiary or a large organisation, as well as have:

- Significant administration experience with an understanding of the tertiary education sector
- Experience with UCSMS (advantageous)
- Ability to cope with competing demands in an organised manner
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
- Effective and clear communication skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of people
- An alignment with our organisation's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment

The appointable salary for this role will be between $64,576 - $78,170 p.a., depending on skills and experience.
