Associate Customer Advisor - Customer Contact Group

What will you be doing?
- carrying out assigned outbound calling requests
- efficiently and accurately establishing the customer's needs and assessing how to provide the assistance required (including escalation as appropriate)
- accurately resolving customer enquiry at first point of contact, seeking support where required
- appropriately identifying and escalating privacy, risk, and other potential problems

What will you bring to the role?
- Some experience working in a contact centre or an equivalent customer-facing role with demonstrated ability to quickly learn contact centre technology and systems
- good oral and written communication skills including a confident and pleasant telephone manner
- clear and concise written correspondence, and the ability to manage more than one contact at a time (on chat)
