**Mō tēnei mahi | About this job**
We’re looking for two dynamic and visionary Agile Programme Managers to join our Te Pae Tawhiti (TPT) Office and oversee multiple interconnected projects within our transformation programme portfolio. In these roles you’ll:
- Seamlessly integrate Agile principles across the programme, fostering a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate teams and workstreams, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment between programme objectives and the wider transformation goals.
- Influence decisions, report on progress and communicate with stakeholders.
- Bridge technology, operational change, and cultural alignment to ensure successful delivery across the portfolio, supporting the Wānanga's future-focused Te Pai Tawhiti vision.

**Mōu | About you**
- Proven experience in Agile programme management and leading transformation initiatives.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and people.
- Proven success in stakeholder management and ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
- As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) will be key.
