This is an exciting opportunity to lead ECCA's Warmer Kiwi Homes programme – one of New Zealand's most impactful home energy initiatives. This is a pivotal role overseeing the end-to-end delivery of their national contract and driving positive outcomes for New Zealand homes and families. You'll champion a well-known government initiative that delivers insultation to NZ homes.
About the role:
- Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll provide leadership, structure, and oversight to a dedicated EECA team and nationwide network of sub-contractor installers.
- Lead the planning, execution, and performance of the EECA Warmer Kiwi Homes contract.
- Drive achievement of volume and quality targets while maximising contract funding.
- Manage and support a multi-functional team including programme coordination, administration, quality assurance, and training.
- Oversee lead generation, allocation, and conversion strategies to meet sales and installation goals.
- Build strong relationships with EECA, sub-contractors, and third-party funders.
- Champion customer service, health & safety, and continuous improvement across all operations.
About you:
- You're a strategic and hands on leader who thrives in a dynamic, purpose driven environment.
- You have experience in programme or operations management – ideally within construction, energy or related industries – you're ready to take ownership of a national initiative with real social impact.
- Skilled at managing teams, budgets, and multiple moving parts with confidence.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder across all levels.
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Calm under pressure, resilient, and motivated by making a measurable difference.
