**Job Description**:
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and talented Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will lead our onboarding and induction process, assist with our talent acquisition process, work with the People and Culture Manager on employment relation issues and support learning & development with administration, facilitation and workshop set up/coordination.

You will manage the HR inbox, raise purchase orders, manage our long service presentations, assist with engagement activities and manage People administrative tasks such as organisational chart updates, updating of templates, policies and monthly People report. This truly is a role that will give you exposure to the full remit of HR.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you will have a relevant HR degree as well as a minimum of 2 years generalist HR experience.

You will have well-developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills for liaising with employees at all levels and external stakeholders. You will have a high degree of initiative, drive and the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities.

Your adaptability and flexibility to accommodate change and provide responsive services to meet stakeholders needs is top of mind.
