We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented Learning Designer with a talent for reimagining existing content for modern platforms. In this** 8 month fixed term** role, you'll work as part of a collaborative, purpose-driven L&D team to redesign and redevelop learning materials, making them clear, engaging, and impactful. You'll help shape content to suit our learners and support the successful rollout of our new platform at Ryman

**What will you do?**
- Review and critically assess existing learning content for relevance, accuracy, and learner impact.
- Redevelop activities and modules to suit our new learning platform, improving engagement and accessibility.
- Test and troubleshoot content within the new platform to ensure functionality and a seamless learner experience.
- Use tools like Articulate 360, EdApp, Safety Culture, and Vyond, to create polished, interactive eLearning.
- Collaborate closely with SMEs and internal teams to validate content and ensure updates reflect current practice.
- Support backend LMS tasks (LMS365 or similar), including content migration and formatting.

**What we're looking for**
- A skilled eLearning designer or L&D professional with 3+ years' experience in digital learning content design and creation.
- Confident using Vyond, Articulate 360, and other animation or authoring tools.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to testing and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you enjoy working with people and building relationships.
- Familiar with using the Microsoft 365 suite, including integration tools such as SharePoint and Power BI, or show an interest in learning these platforms.
- Exposure to clinical or compliance-related content is beneficial, but not essential.
